Registration is open for mentors from 1 March, for mentees from 14 March.

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the launch of the 5th Annual Mentoring Programme for the Water sector, a collaborative effort brought to you by Agenda for Change and the Global Water Centre. The 2024 edition promises to be an enriching experience, featuring our established RWSN track for emerging professionals, alongside the pioneering Women in WASH Mentoring Program led by Agenda for Change. This dedicated track is specifically designed to empower women in the water sector, fostering an environment where they can thrive as both mentors and mentees, and play a crucial role in bridging the gender gap.
This year, we are also excited to welcome graduates from the Global Water Centre’s solar pumping courses, as well as professionals from RWSN’s drilling and groundwater programs. We are actively seeking new mentors to join our mentoring community this year. If you are interested in making a difference by becoming a mentor for the 2024 edition, we would love to hear from you.

We have scheduled an onboarding session for new mentors on March 14 at 8:00 AM PDT / 1:00 PM GMT. We encourage you to save the date and join us to kickstart your mentorship journey in 2024.
